About Us

Formed in 1992 out of the Alpine Group (started by its founder in 1967), Alpine Property serves the East Rand area of Johannesburg by providing well managed, well maintained, and well administrated rentals. We seek to enrich people’s lives by providing excellent value, safe and healthy environments, and affordable rates – spaces where you and your family can thrive. We always strive to deal with integrity, to have passion in what we do, to show respect to our clients and all those we interact with, and to be committed to professionalism and quality service.

Our properties include Timbavati (Boksburg), Maluti (Benoni), Nonoti (Kempton Park), Savuti (Alberton), and Serengeti (Alberton). Each of these properties are well placed on the map. Highway access is easy, schools are close by (pre-schools, primary schools, and high schools), shopping centres are easy to get to, medical facilities are in close proximity, and commuting centres are not far away. Green space and amenities for the whole family like pools, braai areas, and jungle gyms are important to us as they are to you, and available at most of our properties. We make an effort to create living environments that are open, tranquil, relaxed, and contribute to a good quality of life.

Most of our building managers live on site and are easy to get hold of. Our secure complexes are fully walled with remote or biometric access control. We’ve built our apartments to be spacious and comfortable, with a tip of the hat to both modern and classic design. We’ve incorporated enough space for common appliances, and all of our apartments come equipped with 4-plated stoves and ovens.
